Absolutely. We use the same enterprise-grade infrastructure in beta as we will in production. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in UK data centres, and protected by immutable audit trails. We run daily backups with point-in-time recovery.

Yes. When the Professional tier launches, you can upgrade with one click. All your existing data, forms, and configuration will carry over. No migration needed.

Yes. If you operate more than 5 sites or have more than 500 workers, contact us for bespoke enterprise pricing. We offer volume discounts and can discuss dedicated support arrangements.

You can export all your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, PDF). If you cancel, we retain your data for 30 days before deletion. For compliance records, we can arrange longer retention periods as required by regulation.

Yes. Licet is designed with privacy by design principles. We offer granular consent management, data minimisation, full right-to-erasure support, and all data is stored within the UK. We can provide a Data Processing Agreement on request.

Yes. Licet is built offline-first. All core functions — attendance, gate checks, permits, inspections — work without internet. Data queues locally and syncs automatically when connectivity returns. No data is lost.
